Within Temptation have been conquering the world this year, with best-selling album Hydra and an epic tour that includes a show in Wembley Arena. Music magazine Metal Hammer have recognised this achievement by nominating the band for a Golden Gods award for Best International Band. You can vote for the band at the link below.
WT are the only symphonic metal band/band with a female singer to be nominated, so if you're a fan, make sure you get over there and support them!

We also have some news from Muses of Metal about the Dames of Darkness festival - the UK's answer to Metal Female Voices Fest. Our very own Tayla Dickinson will be DJing at the after-party till late, playing the best in rock and metal with female vocalists. The event is free for those who are attending the festival.
The line-up for the festival features symphonic metal masters Stream of Passion and Xandria; MFVF favourites Maxi Nil with her band Jaded Star and Karolina Pacan with her band Skeptical Minds; and support from UK bands Apparition, Dyonisis, Incarnadine Coven and Divided We Fall.
Representatives from MFVF will also be at the festival selling weekend tickets - those wishing to buy VIP passes should send an e-mail to mfvforder@gmail.com with the subject "Dames Of Darkness".
