The next single from the new Nightwish album will be the title track, Endless Forms Most Beautiful. It will be released on the 8th of May 2015 in a few different formats. The cover art, by Nightwish's frequent collaborator ToxicAngel, shows the kind of navigational tools used on the voyage of Charles Darwin.

Damn, I was hoping for another unreleased track, so I'm kinda disappointed with only the Sagan instrumental. But great front cover anyway.
Yeah, unfortunately the recording schedule from the studio was released and the only extra track they recorded was Sagan this time! But then they didn't actually record any bonus tracks for Imaginaerum, they just released The Hearts Asks Pleasure First which had been already recorded in the DPP era. My guess is that making a NW track is probably so expensive with all the orchestra and everything that it limits the amount of extra tracks they can do. That would kind of explain why Sagan has no orchestra as well.
And Sagan is a great bonus track, so let's be grateful for this one ! And it was a perfect match with Elan, I think.
