Austrian symphonic metallers Serenity have returned to the studio in Munich this week to record the follow-up to 2013's War of Ages. In 2015 the band parted ways with lead guitarist Thomas Buchberger and co-lead vocalist Clémentine Delauney - in the latter case, citing a lack of need for a full-time female singer in the band. They have stated that they will continue to have guest vocalists.
The band also teased on Facebook that they will be heading on tour with Xandria in Europe, with dates to be announced soon.
